College Housing Northwest – Corvallis completely renovated “The Gem” named after the first OSU campus newspaper.  The renovation has created private, trendy, and affordable studios, lofts, one bedroom and multi-bedroom apartments for OSU graduate students, upper classmen and OSU faculty / staff.

The Gem apartments are all unique and fully furnished with complete kitchens and private baths.  Amenities include all utilities provided plus high speed internet and cable TV.  The Gem also offers a business center, fitness center, café, laundry facility, and community lounges including study lounges, a game room, and a social lounge with a 42” plasma TV.

CHNW - Corvallis strives to make The Gem a unique, safe and enjoyable community.  The Gem offers a variety of community programs and events.  Please see the important information section for upcoming items.
